Overview

Zodiac Aerospace (formerly known as Groupe Zodiac) divested its marine activities in 2007 and is focused on civil and military aerospace and helicopters. The company has six business segments: Aerosafety and Technology (evacuation systems, airbags, telemetry, parachutes, and aircraft arresting equipment), Aircraft Systems (fuel circulation products, hydraulics and controls, electrical power products, and flight deck controls and displays), Seats, Galleys and Equipment, Cabin Interiors (cabin fittings), and Zodiac Services (aftermarket services). The Domange and Marechal families together own more than one-quarter of the company's stock and control some 40% of its voting rights.
