The company also operates business segments Group RCI (vacation exhange and rental properties in some 100 countries) and Wyndham Vacation Ownership (vacation ownership resorts in the US, Canada, Mexico, the Caribbean, and the South Pacific). Wyndham was spun off from previous owner Cendant Corporation in 2006.
