Handy & Harman manages Precious Metals, Tubing, and Engineered Materials, while Bairnco manages Arlon Electronic Materials, Arlon Coated Materials, and Kasco. The companies operate primarily in the US and provide laminates and substrates, electrical connectors, precision tubing, precious metal fabrication, and fasteners, which serve diverse industries, such as construction, electronics, telecommunications, medical, aviation, transportation, appliance, semiconductor, signage, utility and food preparation. WHX has some 30 locations in nine countries.
