Warren Resources hopes its heavy investment in oil and gas is warranted. The independent exploration and production company is focused on the development of coalbed methane natural gas properties located in the Rocky Mountain region of the US, as well as waterflood oil recovery programs in the Los Angeles Basin of California. Warren Resources also owns oil and gas properties in New Mexico, North Dakota, and Texas. In 2007 the company reported estimated proved reserves of more than 356.4 billion cu. ft. of natural gas equivalent. It also has interests in more than 390 producing wells. ConocoPhillips is Warren Resources' largest client, purchasing 80% of its annual production.
