Overview
Warren Equities fills car tanks and stomachs in the US Northeast. The holding company sells fuel and groceries from more than 200 Xtra Mart brand service stations and convenience stores in nine states from Maine to Virginia. Its Warex Terminals unit (which has a network of long term supply arangements with terminals throughout the Northeast), is one of the largest independent distributors of heating oil, gasoline, and diesel fuel in Connecticut, New Jersey, New York, and Pennsylvania. Drake Petroleum distributes gasoline and diesel in New England. Other Warren companies provide environmental testing services, and make promotional signs and clothing.
