Philip Anschutz doesn't want Hollywood to retreat back to nature, he just wants movies to be a little more peaceful. Walden Media, a part of billionaire Anschutz's entertainment holdings (Anschutz Film Group), is a family- and education-oriented production company. Walden teamed up with Disney to produce Titanic director James Cameron's Ghosts of the Abyss documentary; Holes, based on the popular children's novel of the same name; the first of a series of films based on C.S. Lewis' The Chronicles of Narnia; and a movie version of the novel Bridge to Terabithia. It also released a live-action/CG animation adaptation of E.B.White's Charlotte's Web, co-produced with Paramount. Walden Media also publishes books.
