Vulcan-Hart Company Description

Can't boil water? A Vulcan might help. Its ovens have been cooking up a storm in restaurant kitchens since the early 20th century. Vulcan-Hart makes gas and electric ovens, ranges, fryers, broilers, and griddles for the foodservice industry. It operates worldwide and counts West Virginia resort The Greenbriar, the culinary school at Johnson & Wales University, and Cleveland Brown Stadium as satisfied customers. Formed in 1949 when Hart Manufacturing acquired the Vulcan business, the company operates as part of Illinois Tool Works' (ITW) Food and Equipment Group. Vulcan-Hart offers equipment servicing too, through Hobart, a sister ITW-company.
