Overview

Visonic's customers have included major corporations such as ADT Security Services, BT, Honeywell, and Siemens. The company was founded in 1973 by Moshe and Yaacov Kotlicki. In 2011 Tyco International acquired Visonic for approximately $100 million in cash.
