US Gold took full ownership of the Tonkin Springs property in 2005 by buying out BacTech Mining. In 2007 it moved to acquire three Canadian gold companies with properties adjacent to Tonkin Springs: White Knight Resources, Nevada Pacific Gold, and Tone Resources.
