Overview
At the core of Uponor is its plastic pipe operations, some 55% of sales, to be precise. The group is a global supplier of plumbing and heating systems for residential and commercial buildings. It also supplies pipe systems to utilities in the Nordic region and is a leading supplier of PEX plastic pipe. In Europe and North America it provides radiant underfloor heating systems and plastic-aluminum and all-plastic tap water systems. Uponor sells ice- and snow-melting equipment and soil and turf conditioning systems for sports fields. The company is divided into regional divisions: North, South and West Europe; Central and Eastern Europe; Uponor Nordic; and Uponor North America.
