University of Arizona Company Description
More than 37,000 students attend The University of Arizona (UA). The university offers some 150 undergraduate degree programs, about 110 graduate degree programs, and more than 85 doctoral programs, as well as first professional and specialist degrees. It has about 30 colleges and schools, including an Outreach College that offers distance learning and continuing education classes. Established in 1885 (almost three decades before Arizona achieved statehood), the school comprises not only the main campus in Tucson but also locations in Phoenix and a campus in Sierra Vista (UA South), close to the Mexican border, that offers programs allowing Arizona community college students to complete their degrees.
