One of Singapore's top financial institutions, United Overseas Bank (UOB) provides a range of commercial banking and personal financial services. Offerings include checking and savings accounts, loans, investment banking, commodities trading and finance, private banking, and investments such as unit trusts, which are similar to mutual funds; the bank also has issued more than 1.5 million credit cards, making it one of the largest issuers in the region.
