UCO Bank provides commercial banking services to India. Established in 1943, UCO has 35 regional offices and more than 2,000 branches throughout the country. The bank also operates two major international financial centers in Hong Kong and Singapore. In addition to offering commercial banking, UCO handles foreign exchange business in more than 50 different locations throughout the country and offers foreign exchange dealing at four specialized centers. UCO has been particularly involved in financing activities in the agricultural, industrial, trade and commerce, service, and infrastructure sectors. The Indian government controls nearly 75% of the bank's listed shares.
