TOPCALL Company Description
TOPCALL International hopes you never have to hear the words "our server is down" again. The company creates server architecture that allows companies to manage all email, fax, telex and voice communications from a single server. It partners with Microsoft, Novell, Citrix and others to keep its customers' lines of communication open. Customers include Airbus, Brother International, First Nation Bank, and Linklaters. Brain Force Software AG launched and shortly withdrew a hostile takeover bid for TOPCALL for € 3.50 per share in June 2004. DICOM Group PLC ended up acquiring 91% of TOPCALL, in a friendly takeover, for € 4.28 per share in late 2004.
