Citigroup, BNP Paribas lead Terra-Gen Power debt facilities refinancing

4 November 2009 - Citigroup and BNP Paribas SA have jointly led a USD240m refinancing of US renewable energy firm Terra-Gen Power debt facilities. The company obtained refinancing of its Holdco debt facilities for 831 MW renewable generation portfolio. Bank of Montreal, Barclays, Credit Suisse, Fortress, ING, Natixis, Union Bank of California and UBS were also in the group of creditors.
