Harvey and Bob maxed out? Never! The founders of Miramax, Harvey and Bob Weinstein, left that company in 2005 when they ended their 11 year relationship with Disney Studios. Immediately after exiting their contract with Disney, giving up the name Miramax as well as its valuable film library, the brothers founded The Weinstein Company and began working on the production, development, and acquisition of projects under the new moniker. Weinstein Co. titles include Transamerica, Mrs. Henderson Presents, and Matador. The Weinsten Company also retained its Dimension label, which releases genre films.
