A giant in its industry, the company serves millions of commercial and residential customers in the US and around the world with housecleaning, termite and pest control, and landscape maintenance services. Its best-known brands include Merry Maids, Terminix, and TruGreen LawnCare. The TruGreen Companies provides landscaping services to commercial clients. ServiceMaster Clean cleans carpets and flooring for residential and commercial clients. Its AmeriSpec division inspects homes, American Home Shield provides home warranty plans, and Furniture Medic repairs and restores furniture. ServiceMaster is owned by investment firm Clayton, Dubilier & Rice.
