Terrena Company Description

Coopérative Terrena takes Gallic farmers from farm to market and back again. The cooperative (formerly Groupe CANA, or Coopérative Agricole La Noëlle Ancenis) and its subsidiaries supply 30,000 farmer-members in western France with animal feed, fertilizer, seeds, and fuel. The co-op also operates more than 100 stores that include gardening supplies and items for the do-it-yourselfer. Coopérative Terrena markets beef, mutton, and pork through its Soviba division; it markets poultry through Gastronome. The cooperative's dairy brands are sold through under the Laïta brand (mass market), Epi-Ingrédients (food industry), and Ovipac (catering). Coopérative Terrena also makes wine for member grape growers.
