These Terms of Use govern your access and use of this D&B website and its related sites (collectively, the "D&B Site"). Please read these Terms of Use carefully before using the D&B Site. For purposes of this D&B Site, "D&B" means The Dun & Bradstreet Corporation, its subsidiaries, affiliates, divisions, contractors and all of its and their data sources and suppliers.

The services, including data and programs, available on or through the D&B Site ("Service") are the proprietary, copyrighted works of D&B and comprise: (i) works of original authorship, including compiled information containing D&B's selection, arrangement and coordination and expression of such information or pre-existing material it has created, gathered or assembled; and (ii) trade secret and other confidential information.

Systematic access or extraction of content from this D&B Site, including the use of "bots" or "spiders," is prohibited. D&B reserves the right to disable any unauthorized links or frames.

D&B DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE. D&B WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS OR INJURY ARISING OUT OF, IN WHOLE OR IN PART, D&B'S CONDUCT IN PROCURING, COMPILING, COLLECTING, INTERPRETING, REPORTING OR DELIVERING SERVICES.

D&B WILL NOT BE LIABLE, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT, STRICT LIABILITY OR OTHERWISE, FOR ANY DIRECT, PUNITIVE, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL OR INDIRECT DAMAGES (INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION LOST PROFITS, COST OF PROCURING SUBSTITUTE SERVICE OR LOST OPPORTUNITY) ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE USE OF THE D&B SITE OR A LINKED SITE, OR WITH THE DELAY OR INABILITY TO USE THE D&B SITE OR A LINKED SITE, EVEN IF D&B IS MADE AWARE OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. THIS LIMITATION ON LIABILITY INCLUDES, BUT IS NOT LIMITED TO, THE TRANSMISSION OF ANY VIRUSES WHICH MAY INFECT A USER'S EQUIPMENT, FAILURE OF MECHANICAL OR ELECTRONIC EQUIPMENT OR COMMUNICATION LINES, TELEPHONE OR OTHER INTERCONNECT PROBLEMS (e.g., YOU CANNOT ACCESS YOUR INTERNET SERVICE PROVIDER), UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, THEFT, OPERATOR ERRORS, STRIKES OR OTHER LABOR PROBLEMS OR ANY FORCE MAJEURE.

User acknowledges and agrees that by providing D&B with any personal or proprietary user information through the D&B Site, user consents to the transmission of such personal or proprietary user information over international borders as necessary for processing in accordance with D&B's standard business practices. User should be aware that Linked Sites may contain transmission of personal data provisions that differ from the provisions provided herein. D&B is not responsible for such provisions, and expressly disclaims any and all liability related to such provisions.

You will be responsible for the content of any material you enter on the D&B Site. D&B retains the right, which it may or may not exercise in its sole discretion, to review, edit or delete any material that D&B deems to be illegal, offensive or otherwise inappropriate.
