Overview

SYNNEX creates synergy between buyers and sellers. The company distributes PCs, peripherals, software, and consumer electronics from manufacturers including Hewlett-Packard, Acer, Panasonic, Lenovo, Seagate, and Microsoft. SYNNEX also provides design and support services; its online services include parts catalogs, configuration, and ordering. In addition, the company offers contract design and assembly, build-to-order, and configure-to-order services for manufacturers and systems integrators. Its Global Business Services (GBS) segment offers customer support services using phone, chat, Web, e-mail, and digital print. SYNNEX gets more than 80% of sales from customers in the US.
