Sunset Development Company Description
Sunset Development Company is the developer and manager of Bishop Ranch Business Park, a large office complex in California's San Ramon Valley. Bishop Ranch consists of about a dozen buildings with approximately 9 million sq. ft. of leasable space. Opened in 1979, it houses more than 300 tenants, including such Fortune 500 firms as AT&T, General Electric, IBM, and Wells Fargo. Sunset Development is working with the city of San Ramon to develop a downtown hub for the sprawling Bay Area community that is slated to include a city hall, a library, and residential and commercial space.
