Southeastern Freight Lines Company Description
Less-than-truckload (LTL) carrier Southeastern Freight Lines hauls freight throughout the southern US with a fleet of about 2,700 tractors and 7,850 trailers. (LTL carriers consolidate freight from multiple shippers into a single truckload.) Southeastern Freight Lines operates from a network of about 75 terminals in a dozen states, plus Puerto Rico, and the US Virgin Islands. Through partnerships with other carriers, including A. Duie Pyle, Dayton Freight, and Oak Harbor Freight Lines, Southeastern Freight Lines provides service throughout the US, Mexico, and Canada. Southeastern Freight Lines is controlled by the Cassels family, which also owns truckload carrier G&P Trucking.
