Sinotrans Company Description
One of China's leading logistics companies, Sinotrans provides air, ocean, road and rail freight forwarding. Freight forwarding services account for more than two-thirds of the company's sales. In addition, Sinotrans offers marine transportation, express delivery, and warehousing services. The company's international partners include UPS and DHL. Sinotrans is a subsidiary of logistics giant China National Foreign Trade Transportation (Group) Corporation, which is known as Sinotrans Group and is owned by the Chinese government. Sinotrans Group split off its operations in China's fastest-growing regions to form Sinotrans Limited in 2002. Sinotrans Group owns about 60% of Sinotrans Limited.
