Sequana Capital Company Description

Although Sequana Capital capitalized on a sequence of businesses, the company -- which was called Worms & Cie for more than a century -- now focuses on paper manufacturing and distribution. Wholly owned subsidiary ArjoWiggins, a paper manufacturer and distributor, represents the company's largest business segment. It operates 25-plus paper mills spread throughout Asia, Latin America, and North America. Sequana Capital also owns paper products distributor Antalis, which operates in more than 50 countries around the globe. The firm changed its name to Sequana Capital in 2005; Sequana translates to "seine" in Latin, meaning "to fish."
