Overview
Semperian (formerly AccuTel) provides customer relationship management and support services through several inbound call centers across the US. The company is a subsidiary of General Motors Acceptance Corporation (GMAC), the financing arm of auto maker General Motors. It offers collections, consumer account and dealer servicing, and vehicle remarketing for more than 5 million accounts in the US and Canada. Besides the GMAC auto portfolio, Semperian also provides services and call center operations for Ally Bank customers.
