SEACOR Holdings' core business is anchored in the sea. Operating through various subsidiaries, the diversified company operates one of the world's largest fleets of marine support vessels serving the global offshore oil and gas industry. Its vessels deliver cargo and crew to offshore platforms and handle anchors for drilling rigs. Other marine operations include US coastal tanker transportation of fuel and chemicals and inland river barge transportation of chemicals and bulk agricultural products. Under the Era name, SEACOR provides aviation services that include helicopter and air medical transportation.
