The company, a subsidiary within Brunswick Corp.'s boat business, builds a line of 17- to 60-ft. pleasure craft, including sport boats, cruisers, and yachts. Models, sold under the Sea Ray and Meridian Yacht brands, are aptly named Sundeck (sport boats), Sundancer (sport cruisers), and Sedan Bridge (sport yachts and yachts). Bose stereos, wet bars, DSS satellites, and washer/dryer units are a few luxury options the boat maker offers. Sea Ray has offices in the US, the Netherlands, and Singapore, and plants in Tennessee and Florida. Sea Ray Boats was founded in 1959 and acquired by Brunswick in 1986.
