With well-known pizza brands such as Tony's, Red Baron, and Freschetta, the company is one of the top frozen pizza makers in the US, along with Kraft Foods. Schwan is also a top supplier to the institutional frozen-pizza market and has operations in more than 50 countries worldwide. But pizza isn't the only slice of the company's revenue -- its core business is a fleet of more than 6,000 home-delivery trucks. Schwan delivers casseroles, ice cream, and frozen foods to homes in the continental US. The family of late founder Marvin Schwan owns the company.
