Overview
Thankfully S7 Airlines (formerly Sibir Airlines) flies to other destinations besides Siberia. It provides passenger and cargo transportation services to destinations across Russia, the Commonwealth of Independent States, Europe, and countries in the Asia-Pacific region. S7 Airlines operates a fleet of Airbus and Boeing aircraft from its main hub at Moscow's Domodedovo Airport. It also has a charter airline subsidiary, Globus. The airline has a code share agreement with Cathay Pacific. S7 Airlines is a joint stock company: Chairwoman Natalia Fileva, wife of CEO Vladimir Filev, controls 64% of the company's stock; the Russian government has 25%; and private investors account for the remaining 11%.
