It has 50% of the electricity market in Réunion, 30% in Mauritius, and 25% in Guadeloupe. The company is 43.5% owned by Financière Helios. In 2007 it sold its 40% stake in Eoliennes de Haute Lys, which operates wind farms in northern France.
