Overview

Polaris Industries is one of the world's top makers of snowmobiles and off-road vehicles, which include all-terrain vehicles (ATVs) and side-by-side recreational and utility RANGER vehicles. The company is also known for its Victory cruiser and touring motorcycles. Other products include replacement parts, accessories (covers, tow hitches, cargo racks), and recreational clothing and gear (boots and helmets). Polaris has a joint venture with Fuji Heavy Industries to build engines for its products and for companies in non-competitive industries, as well as agreements with manufacturers in Taiwan and Germany to produce youth ATVs and engines for snowmobiles.
