Overview
Pine State Trading distributes tobacco products, food, and beverages to convenience stores throughout New England. It also provides paper supplies, foodservice equipment, and general merchandise to more than 4,000 customers. The company handles more than 19,000 products through five distribution centers: two in Maine, and one each in Massachusetts, New Hampshire, and Vermont. In addition, it provides vending and office coffee services and the company distributes beer and wine through Pine State Beverage. The family-owned business was founded in 1940 by Charles Canning.
