Philadelphia Flyers Company Description

This team provides Philly sports fans with high-flying action on the ice. One of the more colorful franchises in the National Hockey League, the Philadelphia Flyers joined the ranks of professional hockey in 1967 and won back-to-back Stanley Cup championships in 1974 and 1975. The team boasts a dedicated following at Philadelphia's Wachovia Center (which it shares with the Philadelphia 76ers) despite the lack of championship titles since. Its history includes such Hall of Fame greats as Bill Barber and Bobby Clarke.
