Overview
Peugeot Citroën Argentina (PCA) brings a petite quantité of France to South America. The company, a subsidiary of Peugeot S.A., manufactures and imports Peugeot and Citroën vehicles. PCA manufactures Peugeot passenger cars, as well as the Partner compact SUV and the Boxer commercial van. It also makes Ion and C-ZERO electric cars. Citroën branded vehicles include the Berlingo, Nemo, Picasso, Xsara, and the C-series. To cater to the Latin American market, Peugeot released its Hoggar pickup, and Citroën its C3 Aircross. Peugeot S.A. is investing $182 million in its Argentinean operations in 2010. PCA was formed through the 1980 merger of the Argentinean operations of Fiat and Peugeot.
