Peterbilt Company Description
Peterbilt people wore trucker hats before trucker hats were cool. One of four PACCAR Inc divisions, Peterbilt has been building the big rigs since 1939. The company's Class 6-7 medium-duty models are made for almost every conceivable job including long-haul trucking, regional trucking, refuse collection, construction, logging, and oilfield work. Approximately 10% of the nation's semi-trailer tractors are made by Peterbilt.
