Park'N Shop is a dragon among Hong Kong grocers. One of the region's leading supermarket chains, Park'N Shop operates more than 230 stores in Hong Kong, Macao, and now China. About a quarter of the chain's outlets are superstores. Park'N Shop stores combine features of western supermarkets with aspects of traditional Hong Kong markets. The stores offer traditional Chinese fresh foods like live fish, siu mei, market-style fruit and vegetables, and an extensive selection of international consumer products. Private-label brands include products under the ParknShop and Best Buy names. Founded in 1973, Park'N Shop is part of A.S. Watson, the retail arm of the Hong Kong conglomerate Hutchison Whampoa.
