In addition to importing produce from Argentina, Canada, Chile, China, Mexico, Peru, and New Zealand, the company sells and exports fruits and vegetables grown in the US. Its products include apples, berries, citrus fruit, broccoli, potatoes, asparagus, onions, and stone fruit (peaches, plums, apricots). Owners Kevin Pederson (president) and Donna Pederson (accounting) formed Pacific Harbor Trading in 1998.
