Company Description

Numis Corporation is the parent company of Numis Securities, an investment bank and brokerage that provides corporate finance and equity research, sales, and trading services to corporate and institutional clients in the UK. The firm focuses on small and mid-cap companies in such industries as real estate, financial services, media, technology, life sciences, energy, metals and mining, and travel and leisure. It has offices in London and New York. Numis Corporation was created when financial services group Raphael Zorn Hemsley Holdings divested its asset management and private brokerage business in 2000.
