John Carlo, Inc. (JCI) provides transportation construction and site development services in the eastern half of the US. The firm performs asphalt and concrete paving, marina construction, and construction management services for airports, manufacturers, residential and commercial developers, and state departments of transportation. JCI also offers earthwork and underground utility installation services. The company (with offices in Michigan and Florida) is an affiliate of Carlo Corporation. JCI also includes subsidiary Trinity Land Development, which develops real estate in metropolitan Detroit. The family-owned JCI was founded by Carlo and Joseph Catenacci in 1956.
