Company Description

Isuzu Motors America was once a real Trooper, but its passenger vehicles have seen their last Rodeo in the US. Up until it withdrew from the US market in early 2008, Isuzu Motors America (ISZA) distributed Isuzu cars (including the once popular Rodeo), pickups, and SUVs. Parent company Isuzu Motors reinvented the American subsidiary for the manufacture of more than 30 different models of land and marine industrial diesel engines for customers including RenaultOpel, and General Motors, locating the home base for the PowerTrain division in Michigan. Isuzu's dealer network services Isuzu vehicles in the US. Isuzu Commercial Truck of America still distributes its H, N, & F series with low-cab-forward design.
