Company Description

Irisa Group (formerly Alexon) is a women's clothing retailer catering to mature ladies seeking a bit of style. The company's brands, which include Alexon, Ann Harvey, Dash, Eastex, Kaliko, Lazy lu, and Petite Minuet, are sold in more than 1,000 outlets throughout the UK and Europe. The company also sells apparel online and by catalog. The women's apparel firm was acquired in 2011 by the London-based private equity firm Sun European Partners, an affiliate of Sun Capital for an undisclosed amount. The company, which began trading in 1929, changed its name from Alexon Group to Irisa Group in 2011.
