Imerge brings digital sights and sounds to home entertainment systems. The company makes hard disk-based audio products and media appliances, like the MS-1 and SoundServer which distribute digital audio and video to multiple media systems in a single household. Its clients have included high-end stereo and consumer electronics maker Bang & Olufsen. Imerge was acquired from NTK Holdings, parent of Nortek Holdings, in 2010 by Prism Sound Group.
