US subsidiary, Gruma Corporation produces tortillas and tortilla chips, and corn flour for US and European grocery stores, restaurants, and institutions. Grupo Industrial Maseca  (GIMSA), Gruma's publicly traded Mexican subsidiary, produces more than 50 varieties of corn flour for the country's food manufacturers, including tortilla and tortilla chip producers, and, less so, packaged corn flour for retail customers.
