Company Description

Deposition Sciences Inc. (DSI) takes its name from one of the processes it uses to apply its film coatings. The provides research, product development, and manufacturing services in the area of optical thin film coatings. Process consist of reactive sputtering, low pressure chemical vapor deposition, plasma chemical vapor deposition, and evaporation. DSI coatings provide filtering characteristics spanning the ultraviolet, visible, near infraed, shortwave infrared, midwave infrared, and long-wave infrared spectral wavelengths. The coatings are used on fiber-optic cables and in telecommunications, lighting, military, and aerospace applications.
