Company Description

Through its subsidiary, Centerline Capital, Centerline Holding provides real estate financial and asset management services for investors, owners and developers of affordable housing and multifamily projects. Centerline primarily invests in tax-exempt municipal bonds issued to finance such properties. Over the years Centerline Capital has raised more than $10 billion to finance affordable housing. Centerline's mortgage banking unit writes and underwrites loans on behalf of Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, and other entities. Centerline Holding has some $9 billion in assets under management.
