Company Description

If you happen to be a military or commercial sea-faring craft, Babcock Marine (formerly DML Group) has an open dock with your name on it. A division of Babcock International, the company provides a range of design, build, and support services that include refitting, upgrading, maintenance, and conversion. It is the sole engineering and support services provider to the Royal Navy (nuclear submarines, warships, naval bases, and aircraft carriers). Other customers include the UK Ministry of Defense (MoD) and the Canadian government. Babcock Marine is its parent's largest business division, accounting for almost half of revenues. Devonport Royal Dockyard is now part of the Babcock Marine division.
