The members of this organization will gladly put on an encore performance. ONCOR International is a network of private commercial real estate investment and management firms. With some 50 corporate members (membership is available on an invitation-only basis), the system provides brokerage and management services for all types of commercial properties. Services include leasing, investment sales, tenant representation, property management, development, and financing; the group has more than 170 offices in more than 30 countries in Africa, Asia, Europe, North America, and South America. ONCOR International was founded in 1977. Real estate franchisor Realogy acquired the company in 2006.
