Overview

The making of bleach and bullets is all in a day's work for Olin. Olin Chlor Alkali Products manufactures chemicals used to make bleach, water purification and swimming pool chemicals, pulp and paper processing agents, and PVC plastics. Olin Chlor Alkali is one of the top chlor-alkali producers in North America along with Dow and OxyChem. Olin also makes Winchester-branded ammunition. US customers account for the great majority of Olin's sales, and company's manufacturing facilities are located primarily in the US, though it also has plants in Australia and Canada.
