Overview

Noodles & Company operates and franchises more than 250 quick-casual restaurants in about 20 states that specialize in noodle entrees ranging in style from American to Asian to Mediterranean. The chain's menu includes noodle and vegetable bowls, soups, and green salads with pasta. Most of the eateries are company-owned. Founder Aaron Kennedy, a former brand manager at PepsiCo who opened the first Noodles & Company location in 1995, owns the company with a group of private investors.
