Nintendo of America promotes and demands good hand-eye coordination. The company serves as Western Hemisphere headquarters for Japanese parent Nintendo. The game maker manufactures the Game Boy handheld system and the Nintendo DS system, which boasts two screens (the bottom screen is also a touchpad) and Wi-Fi capabilities. The company's Wii, pronounced "we," debuted in late 2006 on the heels of Sony's PlayStation 3 launch.
